How to get more energy

There are three conditions for gaining energy (after Tesla):

the system must be open
there must be a feedback, it has asymmetric gehaviour
energy must be pumped into the system so that more energy can be extracted from it.

It is simple. Generate cold electricity, and than more and more cold electricity.
There are only two questions:
• How to do that?
• How to convert "cold electricity" into "warm electricity" with no or minimal lost?

The answer to the first question: we use circuit with "warm electricity" generating quick magnetic fiell collaps. This physical effect creates radiant energy, which creates "cold electricity" in conductors.
