Tesla has discovered, that a new type of energy will be created using high frequency one direction impulses. This energy can be harvested using metal. The best candidates were copper and silver. The best way for harvesting is using a coil.

He showed that this is a massless current. This means flow of electrical energy without electron movement since electrons seem to have mass. Because or this it can go faster, much faster than light.
We can measure resistance, but this type of electricity does not show up on our meters, because there is no electron flow, yet it can burn a filament bulb and LED.

Tesla hold more lectures - also in Europe - about the so generated new energy, and declared many unusual features of it. Here are some of those:

• This energy expands much faster than light speed.
• The quantity of the radiant energy does not weekend with qudrant of the distance.
• It penetrates all materials.
• In electrical conductor it generates a new type of current.

About the new type of electricity:

• It is a type of electricity, because filament bulb and fluorescent tube can use this energy to illuminate.
• Resistance (Ohm) has no effect.
• The generated electricity decreases the temperature of the load. So, radiant energy devices ABSORBS heat from the surrounding environment.
• Because of the last effect, it is called: the cold electricity.

Some reflections about cold electricity.

• It is an unusual form of electricity generated by longitudinal electric wave in an electrical conductor.
• There is no electron flow and it is NOT conventional electric current.
• There is no known way to completly separate the cold and the warm electricity.
